Soft Glow.
Big Difference.

Under-cabinet, tray ceiling, cove, and accent lighting installation across San Angelo and the Concho Valley. LED tape, dimmer-controlled, smart-system compatible, and clean-installed.

Indirect Light.
Done Right.

Accent lighting is the difference between a room that's "lit" and a room that feels finished. Under-cabinet LED tape that lights the countertop without you seeing the strip. A tray ceiling with a soft warm glow that makes the whole room feel taller. Display shelves where the things on display actually pop. Stair lighting that's functional and looks great at the same time.

We design and install accent lighting and LED tape lighting across San Angelo and the surrounding Concho Valley. Every install is matched to the right LED tape (quality matters — cheap tape fails fast), the right driver, and the right dimmer or controller so the system actually works the way it should. Hidden wiring, clean channel mounting, and dimmers tuned to give you real control. Looking for outdoor and landscape lighting? We do that too.

03

Display & Shelf Accent Lighting

Built-in shelving, glass cabinets, niche walls — accent lighting that highlights what's on display.

04

Stair & Step Lighting

LED tape along stair risers or under stair noses — looks great, adds safety, controlled by motion or switch.

05

Right Products.
Right Install.

LED tape is one of the easiest things to do badly. Wrong driver, wrong dimmer, cheap tape, exposed wiring — and the system fails fast or doesn't work the way it should. We spec it and install it correctly.

  • Texas-Licensed Master ElectricianReal license. Real insurance. Same standard whether it's one zone or twenty.
  • Driver & Dimmer MatchedThe driver and dimmer have to be compatible with the tape. We spec them as a system, not as parts.
  • Hidden Clean InstallWiring runs hidden, channels mounted straight, drivers placed for serviceability. The light shows, the install doesn't.
  • Tuned Before We LeaveColor, brightness, and dimmer behavior all dialed in to taste before we close out the job.

Accent Lighting Questions.
Honest Answers.

What San Angelo homeowners ask before booking accent lighting work.

What is LED tape lighting and where does it work best?+
LED tape (sometimes called LED strip lighting) is a thin, flexible strip of small LEDs that runs off a low-voltage driver. It works great for indirect lighting where you want the light without seeing the source — under cabinets, inside tray ceilings, behind shelving, along stair risers, in cove ceilings, and as accent lighting in display areas. It comes in different brightness levels, color temperatures, and even color-changing varieties.
How much does accent lighting installation cost?+
Cost depends on the scope — under-cabinet lighting in a single kitchen is much different from a full home with tray ceilings, cove lighting, and multiple accent zones with separate dimmer controls. Every project gets a clear quote up front based on a walkthrough.
Can you add accent lighting to a finished space without major construction?+
Often yes. Under-cabinet lighting is usually a clean retrofit. Tray ceiling and cove lighting depends on whether there's an accessible cavity to run wire — sometimes it works without major drywall work, sometimes it doesn't. We assess what's possible during the walkthrough and tell you straight what the install will involve.
Do LED tape lights work with regular dimmers?+
Sometimes — depends on the LED driver. LED-compatible dimmers paired with the right driver work great. Older incandescent dimmers paired with LED tape often cause flicker, buzzing, or limited dim range. We spec the right driver-and-dimmer combo as part of the install so it actually works the way it should.
Can you do color-changing or smart-controlled LED lighting?+
Yes. RGB and RGBW color-changing tape, tunable-white tape (warm-to-cool dimming), and smart-controlled systems (Lutron, Wi-Fi, Zigbee) — all of these work as long as the driver and controller are matched correctly. We spec, install, and demonstrate the full system before we leave.
How long does LED tape lighting last?+
Quality LED tape rated for the right environment lasts 15–20 years of normal use. Cheap tape from generic online sources often fails within a year or two — color shifts, dead sections, driver burnout. The fixture-and-driver quality matters more than the install. We can recommend tape that holds up.
