Wired From The
Studs Up.

Full-house rough-in, panel installation, and trim-out for new construction across San Angelo and the Concho Valley. We work with builders, GCs, and owner-builders. Permits pulled, inspections coordinated, code-compliant from service entrance to final outlet.

Built Right.
Built To Code.

Electrical work in new construction is the part of the build that's invisible once it's done — and that's exactly why it has to be done right. Wire that's pulled wrong, panels sized too small, missing dedicated circuits, or sloppy junction work all become someone else's expensive problem ten years from now. Often the new owner's. Sometimes the builder's, in a warranty call.

We work as the electrical sub on residential builds across San Angelo and the surrounding Concho Valley — coordinating with framers, plumbers, HVAC crews, and drywallers to keep your project on schedule. Every house we wire gets a properly-sized panel, code-compliant circuits, dedicated runs where they belong, and a layout that actually fits how the house will be lived in. Pre-wiring for an EV charger or a backup generator at rough-in is much cheaper than retrofitting later — we plan ahead when you ask us to.

Builders, GCs, and owner-builders all welcome. Send plans or call to walk the project.

Plan. Rough-In.
Trim. Inspect.

New construction electrical happens in stages. Here's how we run our part of the build.

01

Plan Review

We review your plans (or walk the project with you), identify special circuits, and put together a clear scope and quote.

02

Rough-In

After framing, we pull wire, set boxes, install the service entrance and panel, and call for rough-in inspection.

03

Trim & Finish

After drywall and paint, we install outlets, switches, fixtures, and finish the panel. Everything tested and labeled.

04

Final Inspection

We coordinate the final electrical inspection, walk it with the inspector, and hand over the closed permit.

Construction Wiring Questions.
Honest Answers.

What builders and homeowners ask before booking new construction electrical.

Do you work with builders and general contractors?+
Yes. We work with home builders, general contractors, and owner-builders across San Angelo and the Concho Valley. We can come on at the rough-in stage, the trim stage, or take the project from permit to final inspection. Schedule coordination is a big part of the job — we work to keep your build on track.
How much does new construction wiring cost?+
Cost depends on square footage, the number of circuits, panel size, fixture count, special circuits (EV charger, generator interlock, hot tub, well pump, etc.), and whether the build is a simple residential or has more complex needs. Every project gets a detailed quote up front based on the plans. Send us your blueprints or scope and we'll put together a number.
When in the build do you need to come in?+
Electrical rough-in happens after framing is complete and before drywall — typically alongside or just after plumbing rough-in. We pull wire, set boxes, and install the service entrance and panel. Then we come back at trim stage to install switches, outlets, fixtures, and finish out the panel. Final inspection happens before move-in.
Do you handle the permit and inspection?+
Yes. New construction electrical work requires a permit and inspection in Tom Green County and surrounding jurisdictions. We pull the permit, do the work to NEC and Texas electrical code, coordinate the rough-in inspection and the final inspection, and provide all documentation for your records.
Can you wire for things like EV chargers, generators, or solar?+
Yes — and we recommend planning for them at rough-in even if you're not installing them immediately. Running conduit and dedicated circuits during construction is a fraction of the cost of retrofitting later. Most modern builds we wire include at least an EV-ready circuit and a generator transfer location.
Will you work from my plans or do I need to design the electrical?+
Either way. If you have stamped plans with electrical layouts, we'll work from those. If you're owner-building or your plans don't include electrical, we'll walk the project with you, ask about how you'll use each room, and lay out outlet, switch, and fixture placement that works for real life — not just code minimum.
